Reimbursements are managed directly by our payment provider, Paddle.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

Only first-time purchases are eligible for a refund.

Refunds are processed within a timeframe determined by your card provider or financial services provider.

2. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted directly through Paddle's refund system.

If eligible, refunds will be processed automatically through Paddle.

Paddle's refund policy and decision criteria apply to all requests.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

If you have extensively used premium features before requesting a refund.

Refund requests made after the 7-day eligibility period.

Paddle reserves the right to decline refund requests based on their terms of service.

4. Changes to Refund Policy
